The initial review’s one-time self-pay fee covers up to 40 relevant pages, one main cardiology question, a 30-minute phone or video call with a physician, a written summary, a printable medication list, questions for your treating team, and one clarification requested within 7 calendar days of the summary. A clinical second opinion is an independent assessment of a diagnosis or treatment options. Our advisory review helps you understand the written records and recommendations you already have: what the words mean, what your team has documented, and what still needs an answer. We do not choose a treatment, prescribe, or take over your care.

Your call and written summary are completed within 48 hours after your case is accepted, payment is received, and all agreed records are in hand. The 48 hours include weekends and holidays. Your portal shows the start time, appointment, and summary deadline.

If you prefer a later call, we agree a revised summary deadline with you when scheduling. Gathering records happens before the 48-hour window begins.

Initial requests and the included follow-up clarification also receive a response within 48 hours. Email a general inquiry any time; there are no fixed office hours. This is not an urgent-care service.

AI can help explain unfamiliar medical terms, but it can also give a convincing answer that is wrong or incomplete. In this review, a physician reads the records relevant to your question and talks them through with you. You can ask which report supports an explanation or point out something that does not match your experience.

The physician is responsible for your written summary and answers the included follow-up clarification. That direct discussion and responsibility are what you are paying for. Diagnosis and treatment decisions still belong with your treating clinicians.

For either the $350 initial review or $150 follow-up, cancel before the scheduled call starts for a full refund of that review fee, even if record review has begun. If you miss the call, you may reschedule once without an extra charge or request a full refund before a replacement call starts. After a completed call, the fee is generally nonrefundable, provided we deliver the included summary. If we cancel or cannot deliver the agreed service, we provide a full refund. If we miss a confirmed call or summary deadline, you may accept a new date or request a full refund. We initiate approved refunds to the original payment method within 48 hours; your provider may take longer to post the credit. Read the full terms.
