We respond to general inquiries within 48 hours, including weekends and holidays. We can explain the service and help you understand the next steps.
Online patient intake and payments are not available yet. An email inquiry does not book a review or authorize a charge. We will provide the appropriate intake instructions before asking for health information.
About the initial review
The $350 educational review includes up to 40 relevant pages, one main cardiology question, a 30-minute phone or video conversation, a written summary, and one clarification requested within seven days. Optional records retrieval adds $75, for a combined $425.
Your card is charged only if the physician accepts your case. Scheduling follows acceptance and successful payment. The call and written summary are due within 48 elapsed hours after acceptance, payment, and complete agreed records.
Questions about a follow-up?
The $150 eligible follow-up includes up to 10 new relevant pages about the same question, a 20-minute conversation, and a written update. Read the eligibility and scope, then email us with general questions.

Our educational reviews help explain existing records and recommendations. Your treating clinicians continue to direct your care. This inbox is not monitored for emergencies; call 911 for a medical emergency.
