The call and written update are completed within 48 hours of acceptance, payment, and complete records, including weekends and holidays. If you choose a later call, we agree a revised deadline before payment.

For example, you reviewed a PCI-versus-bypass discussion with us and now have the surgeon’s note. We can explain how that note adds to the original conversation and help you prepare your next questions.
A different main question or a request more than 90 days after the original summary is considered for a new $350 initial review. If you have more than 10 new pages, we agree the scope and any price before you decide.

The original $350 review includes one clarification requested within 7 days of that summary, with a reply within 48 hours. There is no extra charge to explain something in that original review. The $150 follow-up is for new material that needs another review; it does not include ongoing messaging or monitoring.

Cancellations and scope
Cancel before the scheduled call for a full $150 refund. The same review cancellation, rescheduling, and missed-deadline protections apply as for the initial review. A family member may join with your permission at no extra charge; the appointment remains 20 minutes.
