Send one clarification about the original question within 7 calendar days of your summary. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays, in Eastern Time. These are targets, not an urgent-care promise. Missing records or scheduling preferences may add time. Actual dates are confirmed before payment.

When we may decline
We cannot accept requests for a new diagnosis, an independent treatment recommendation, prescriptions, emergency advice, interpretation of original imaging, or matters outside the physician’s expertise. If records are incomplete or the question is too broad, we may ask you to narrow it or decline without charging you.
