Phone or video
Choose phone or video when scheduling after physician acceptance and successful payment. The initial review is $350 for a 30-minute call and written summary. The follow-up review is $150 for a 20-minute call and written update. Phone and video cost the same within each package. Choose an available appointment in your account. If you choose video, we send joining instructions before the appointment. If you have trouble connecting, we can switch to phone with your agreement.
Ways to use your review
You might want help preparing for an appointment, understanding the purpose of medicines already prescribed, or talking through a procedure recommendation with a family member. Choose one main question; the same $350 package and 40-page limit apply.

Share your question and records
Verify your email, tell us what you want to understand, and upload the relevant written records through your account. There is no charge to submit your request.

Confirm the fit and next steps
We check whether your question fits the service and whether a report or detail is missing. We respond to initial requests within 48 hours. You save your card and authorize the fee before acceptance; it is charged only if the physician accepts.

Talk through your records
After acceptance, successful payment, and receipt of all agreed records, choose phone or video when scheduling. Your 30-minute conversation and written summary are completed within 48 hours of that start time, including weekends and holidays. If you prefer a later call, we agree a revised deadline.

Keep your summary and medication list
Your summary explains the records, organizes your medication information, and lists questions for your treating team. Send one clarification about the original question within 7 calendar days of your summary; we reply within 48 hours.
The review window begins when acceptance, payment, and complete records are confirmed. Email any time. This service does not replace time-sensitive care.
A good fit
You are an adult in New York, have a nonurgent question, and want to better understand records or a plan already provided by your treating team.
When a review is not suitable
A new diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or prescription requires clinical care. Urgent concerns belong with your treating team or emergency care.
If an educational review does not fit your needs, contact us. We can help connect you with a physician who offers a clinical second opinion or other appropriate care. The receiving practice sets its own availability and fees.
For a review within our scope, we may ask for missing reports or a narrower question. There is no charge for a declined request.
