What happens next

- Share your main question, basic screening details, and follow-up answers.
- Add relevant records through the portal, or tell us you need help retrieving them.
- Submit without payment. Save your card and authorize the $350 review, plus an optional $75 records retrieval add-on.
- Your card is charged automatically only if your physician accepts the case.
- After acceptance and payment, choose a phone or video appointment.
Your review includes a 30-minute conversation, a written summary, and one clarification within seven days. The 48-hour review clock begins after acceptance, successful payment, and complete records.
